EC Custom Homes is your one-stop-shop for expert custom home design and construction on the Central Coast.

Ed and his crew will help you through all phases of the process from buying a lot and laying plans to permitting and building.

As your general contractor, Ed will be hands-on and on-site. Over the years, he’s built an “A-Team” of capable professionals who deliver nothing but the highest quality work.

His passion—aside from fly fishing, cycling, kiteboarding, and shooting a compound bow—is building custom homes that are true artistic expressions. In the planning phase, we work with you to develop the layout, design, and finishes for your project. We develop a pre-construction services agreement and manage the permitting process.
 

We can help you select an architect who will complete architectural programming, preliminary design, and design development.

An in-house designer will be a central member of the team working on your project. The designer makes sure every detail of your project is intentional and supports the overall vision.

Once you finalize the plans, the builders get to work on land excavation and construction. We keep you informed along the way, meeting regularly to discuss next steps.
